Agencies enrolled in Direct Billing for Personal Lines Renewals will automatically default all personal lines renewals to direct billing and authorize SSIU to initiate payment and renewal terms direct to the insured and their mortgage company (if applicable). Agents will receive a copy of all renewal quotes/invoices even if direct billed.
