This Springdale Cemetery Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of March , 2022 by and between the City of Peoria, Illinois, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), the County of Peoria, a body politic incorporated (hereinafter referred to as the "County"), and The Pleasure Driveway and Park District of Peoria, Illinois, a unit of local government under the Park District Code of the State of Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the "Park District").
