This agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 20th day of June, 2018 by and between the City of Lakeland, a Tennessee municipality having a principal place of business at 10001 US Highway 70 Lakeland Tennessee 38002 (“City”), and International Futbol Academy, a youth soccer league organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, having a principal place of business at 10188 Carly Drive, Lakeland, TN 38002 (“Sports Program Operator”).
