This Second Amended and Restated Sponsor Support and Lockup Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of September [26], 2023, is made and entered into by and among Graf Acquisition Partners IV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Graf Sponsor”), Graf Acquisition Corp.
