Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), South Georgia Pre-Paid Telephone Company, Inc. (“South Georgia Pre-Paid”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated (“Agreement”) to be effective March 11, 2005.
