THIS CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between Solbourne Computer, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, (hereinafter "Solbourne"), with its principal place of business at 4001 Discovery Drive, Suite 210, Boulder, Colorado 80303, and Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter "County"), having an address of 301 S.E. Inner Loop, Suite 105, Georgetown, Texas, 78626, sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Solbourne will provide certain services.
