THIS SOLAR GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Rolla, (“Landlord”), and Vichy Solar LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”), effective as of the day of January, 2024 (such date, the “Effective Date”). Landlord and Tenant are referred to individually herein as “Party” and are collectively referred to as “Parties”.
