This Software Third Party Dealer Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of the last date set forth with the signatures below (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Inc., (“Licensor”) and (“Third Party Dealer”). Licensor and Third- Party Dealer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
