IN CASE OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE AGREEMENT AND THESE USE TERMS, THESE USE TERMS SHALL CONTROL. BY INSTALLING OR USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SIMPLYSNAP PRODUCTS OR SIMPLYSNAP SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE TERMS ARE ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY YOU.
