This Amended and Restated Software License and Support Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on March 7, 2014 , by and between SINA.com Technology (China) Co. Ltd.(新浪网技术(中国)有限公司), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “Licensor”) and Shanghai SINA Leju Information Technology Co. Ltd.
