The honeymoon between the reformers and the people, the so-called period of unusual politics, is over once and for all. Now comes the period of maturity, in which material incentives appear to be much more significant than the moral ones. Although every transition is a story in itself, in many cases the hardest time for both reformers and people is somewhere between the third and the fifth year of reforms. This is the reason for the low survival rate among democratic governments in Central and Eastern Europe after four years in power.

La Paz Intermediate School Dance – 2017 - 2018 SOCIAL AGREEMENT

This agreement has been established to clarify expected behavior during our dance to be held on Friday, October 13th, 2017 from 3:30 – 5:30 in the La Paz gym. Pre-sale tickets are $5.00 and $7.00 at the door. Food and drinks will be sold at the dance. It is mandatory for a parent/guardian to sign this permission slip. All students must have their La Paz ID card to enter the event. Parent and student signatures confirm that each has read and will support event guidelines. If a student violates the guidelines described below – he/she will lose the privilege to attend the remaining La Paz Social events.
