The undersigned Licensee, known collectively as the Clubs of Region 5 Association of Snowmobile Clubs, agree to license the use of the following Site(s) of the Forest Preserve District of DeKalb County (hereinafter “District”), 200 N. Main Street, Sycamore, IL for the marking, maintaining, and operating of snowmobile trails as part of the Licensee’s county-wide network of trails. The undersigned signatory for the Clubs of Region 5 Association, represents and acknowledges that s/he has authority to execute this agreement and to bind each of the following participating clubs and their respective members to terms hereof: Belvidere Prairie Riders, DeKalb Snotrackers, Elgin Cold Ducks, Genoa-Kingston Trailblazers, Hampshire White Riders, Huntley Penguins, Kishwaukee Super Sledders, and Marengo Snowgoers.
