LICENSE AGREEMENT (together with each applicable Quotation and the Technical Documentation, the “Agreement”) is made effective upon mutual execution (the “Effective Date”) of a quotation (each a “Quotation”) signed by the Parties that references this License Agreement and is by and between BELIMED INC. a Florida corporation having a principal place of business located in Charleston County, South Carolina (together with its successors and assigns, hereinafter, "Belimed"), and the Customer identified in Quotation (the "Customer"). Belimed and Customer are each a "Party" and together the "Parties."
