This Agreement (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms and conditions on which Insight (the “Supplier”) supplies the Services listed on the smartCLOUD website www.insightcloud.co.uk (the “smartCLOUD Website”) to Customers. Please read this Agreement carefully before ordering any Services from the smartCLOUD Website. Customers should understand that by ordering any of the Services, they agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
