This Centerville Unified Site Remediation Services and Funding Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of September 17, 2013 by and between the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fremont, a public entity (the "Successor Agency"), and the City of Fremont, a municipal corporation (the "City"). The Successor Agency and the City (sometimes together referred to as the "parties", and individually as a "party") have entered into this Agreement on the basis of the following facts, understandings, and intentions:
