On this , 2021, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, The Alumni House Fund Association, a Missouri Corporation (“Landlord”), does hereby lease to , a Pledge or Initiate of The Kappa Sigma Fraternity (“Tenant”), room accommodations at The Beta-Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma House, 1701 White Columns Drive; or such other facilities which may be leased by the Landlord, located in the City of Rolla in the state of Missouri (“the premises”), under the following terms and conditions:
