The PARTIES agree to amend the provisions in Article I, Section 5 as set forth in the 2019-2023 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Supervisory Management Unit to include Board Certification Pay as provided below. This Agreement relates to modifications to the city's use and accrual of vacation time whereby an employee has the option to receive either vacation time off or to cash out the vacation time.
