REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 20, 2020, by and between TWO HANDS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and CROWN BRIDGE PARTNERS, LLC, a New York limited liability company (together with it permitted assigns, the “Buyer”).
