SLAs can be useful both for traditional placements (foster family homes, relative caregiver placements, etc.) and the Supervised Independent Living Placement (SILP). Note: If young adult is a parent of a minor that will be residing in the home, young adult and caregiver should also complete a Shared Responsibility Plan.
