This Agreement (Contract) is entered into this ("DATE") by and between Central Connecticut State University (hereinafter “CCSU” or “University” or “Agency”) located at 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06053 and (FOOD SERVICE CONTRACTOR), with a principal place of business at (ADDRESS) (Contractor). This Agreement is pursuant to an award made to the Contractor (RFP#2015-01) to provide dining services operation and development on CCSU’s Campus.
