This Service Agreement for KIVUTO CLOUD (the “Agreement”) effective as of the Effective Date, is entered and between Valsoft Corporation Inc. d/b/a Kivuto Solutions (“Kivuto”), an Ontario corporation with its principal place of business at 7405 Trans Canada Route, Suite 100, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H4T 1Z2, and the customer identified on the Sales Order (the “Customer”).
