Whereas, A Safe Haven Foundation and deem it mutually desirable to enter into a community partnership agreement, to encourage, but not mandate client referrals, in order to provide a continuum of services to clients and their families through cooperative use of each parties’ facilities, programs or services on an as needed basis.
