This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between SecureAuth Corporation (“Company”) and the customer executing this Agreement (“Customer”) (each a party and collectively the parties). This Agreement is effective as of the earliest of the date the Customer first executes this Agreement or accesses, downloads, installs or uses a Subscription Service governed hereby.
