These terms of service (“Agreement”) contain the terms and conditions that apply to the provision of the Tehama Service Delivery Platform (“Service”) by Tehama Inc. (“Tehama”) to the party entering into this Agreement (“You” or “Organization”) either as an individual or through an individual authorized to enter into this Agreement on Your behalf. By completing the registration process, submitting an order for the Service, or using the Service, You agree to all the terms of this Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms incorporated by reference into this Agreement (“Policies”). Capitalized terms used in this Agreement will have the meanings set forth herein and capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning given to them in the Policies.
