This First Amendment to Service Contract and Contract Specifications for Comprehensive Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Services (this “First Amendment”) ”) is by and between the City of Shakopee, Minnesota (“City”) and Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC dba Republic Services of the Twin Cities – Eden Prairie (“Contractor”), and shall become effective on the date when executed by the last of City and Contractor (the “First Amendment Effective Date”).
