The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Beard Integrated Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), located at 2713 Meister Place, Round Rock, Texas, enter into the following contract for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) pursuant to Tex.
