This Agreement is contingent on Customer providing complete and accurate information to Deca Energy and on Washington Gas Light (Washington Gas) accepting Customer for gas delivery service, with subsequent acknowledgement by Deca Energy. Deca Energy and Customer understand that the price charged for gas delivery service in this Agreement is not subject to regulation by any utility regulatory commission. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Customer and Deca Energy. No statement, promise or inducement made by either party that is not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding.

QBC® Diagnostics Service Agreement plan is a single swap or double swap program which can be contracted for one or two years. Single Swap provides the original instrument or the centrifuge to be repaired or replaced with a factory remanufactured and calibrated instrument shipped to your location within 1-2 working days. Double Swap provides for your QBC® instrument to be repaired and returned to you. In the meantime, while your instrument is being repaired it is replaced with a factory remanufactured and calibrated instrument (loaner) within 1-2 working days after our receipt of notification from you that your system needs repair. After your instrument is repaired, it is returned to you and you return the loaner to us. The user agrees to return the malfunctioning unit immediately upon receipt of the loaner unit, packing the unit carefully in the boxes supplied by QBC®.
