This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) states the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and use of the cable video, internet, and phone services (individually and collectively the “Service”) provided by R.M. Greene, Inc. d/b/a BEAM (“BEAM” or “Company”). All persons who use any of the Services (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as applied to Customers. BEAM may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time by giving Customer notice in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Service following such notice shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not wish to continue to be subject to the revised Agreement, you must immediately notify BEAM of your intent to terminate the Service and must return all portable Company Equipment.
