THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of October 2010, by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home rule municipal corporation situated in Tarrant, Denton, Parker, and Wise Counties, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “City”) acting by and through the Director of the Parks and Community Services Department (hereinafter referred to as “Director”) and Adam Spencer, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Instructor”).
