Any capitalized term used herein but not otherwise defined, shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Master Trust Agreement dated as of July 1, 1990, as amended (the “Master Trust Agreement”), as supplemented by a Series 2019B Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of [DOCUMENT DATE] (collectively with the Master Trust Agreement, the “Series 2019B Trust Agreement”), each between the Broward School Board Leasing Corp.
