SERVICE AGREEMENT: SentriLock hereby provides to the WMLS, and SENTRICARD HOLDER hereby receives from the WMLS, a SENTRICARD and online services. In addition, SentriLock hereby grants to SENTRICARD HOLDER a sub- license to use the software (the “Software) which is necessary for the operation of the system.
