This Mobile Deposit Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Security First Bank (“SFB” or “us,” “our” or “we,” depending on the context) and you, a current SFB customer. This Agreement governs the terms of our consumer remote deposit service, which we refer to as “SFB Mobile Deposit”. SFB Mobile Deposit is designed to increase convenience to our retail customers. The service allows you to make deposits of checks (“original checks”) to your SFB account(s) from a remote location by scanning the original checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“images”) to us, or our processor, with your app enabled device. There is a separate approval process for SFB Mobile Deposit.
