This SECOND WAIVER AND CONSENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 19, 2016, by and among (1) AMITY OIL INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, a company organized and existing under the laws of Australia (“Amity”), (2) DMLP, LTD., a Bahamas international business company (“DMLP”), (3) PETROGAS PETROL GAZ VE PETROKIMYA ÜRÜNLERI İNŞAAT SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş., a Turkish joint stock company (“Petrogas”), (4) TRANSATLANTIC EXPLORATION MEDITERRANEAN INTERNATIONAL PTY.
