This AGREEMENT is a legal agreement between you, the-end-user ("you" herein refers to you, the individual end-user and the entity on whose behalf you are accepting this AGREEMENT) and InterAC SARL having its place of business at 10 impasse Borde-Basse, Z.A. La Violette, 31240 L’Union, FRANCE ("InterAC"), owner and developer of any version of SEA-TEST SOFTWARE, that governs your acquisition and use of any version of SEA-TEST SOFTWARE and any update of SEA-TEST SOFTWARE, supplied by "InterAC or its Sales Partner or Distributor duly authorized by InterAC" herein referred to as your "SUPPLIER", either supplied on media or downloaded from the Internet.
