The School District of Philadelphia (“SCHOOL DISTRICT”), located at 440 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130, and Example Organization (“PARTNER”), located at 1234 Example Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130 , as of July 1, 2018 agree that the PARTNER shall carry out the services (the “Work”) set forth below for the SCHOOL DISTRICT; please attach additional letters or other documents, if any, describing the Work; the parties hereby incorporate these attachments, if any, into this School Partner Agreement (hereinafter “SPA”).
