This Agreement shall apply in respect of all SCHINDLER LIFTS AUSTRALIA employees employed in the States of Tasmania and Victoria, who are engaged in any of the applicable occupations, industries or callings specified in the National Metal and Engineering On-Site Construction Industry Award 2002 ("MECA").
