This General Construction Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the TBD day of TBD, 20TBD (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between the Port Authority of San Antonio (“Port San Antonio” or “Owner”), a Texas defense base development authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas,1 with its headquarters located at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 110, San Antonio, Texas 78226, and [Vendor], a [type of legal entity (i.e., Texas limited liability company, Delaware corporation)] (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), an independent contractor, with its principal place of business at [Vendor’s complete address], for [name of project or services] (“Project”) and for an amount not to exceed $[●].
