This Exclusive Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”), having been made on and effective as of (date - hour) (the “Effective Date”) by and between Musoundio (the “Licensor”); and (Client Name) residing at (Client Adress) (“You” or “Licensee”), sets forth the terms and conditions of the Licensee's use, and the rights granted in, the instrumental music file entitled (Title) (the “Audio Sample”); on a Waveform Audio File Format (.WAV : 48khz/16bits), in consideration for Licensee's payment of (price) (the “License Fee”).
