This Agreement is entered as of the date of full execution between Salisbury University, 1101 Camden Avenue, Salisbury, Maryland 21801, a constituent institution of higher education in the University System of Maryland (“USM”) and an agency of the State of Maryland (hereinafter “the University”) and _______________________ (hereinafter “Contractor”), [CHOOSE ONE – 1) an individual or 2) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of ___________________with principal offices located at ________________________, and authorized to do business in the State of Maryland]. All students employed at Salisbury University (“the University”), excluding Federal Work Study and Graduate Assistants, hereinafter “Student Workers”, must sign a Student Employment Agreement that specifically delineates the contract period, average weekly hours and the hourly rate. Student Workers will not under any circumstances sign a blank Student Employment Agreement. Student Workers must also complete or have on file a valid I-9, W-4 and direct deposit forms before employment can begin.

ADDENDUM TOSalisbury University • July 7th, 2020
This Addendum is made a part of the 2020-2021 On-Campus Housing and Dining Agreement and applies to all students living in University housing. As always, the Office of Housing and Residence Life will endeavor to update you with timely information about specific health and safety guidance important for residence hall students.
