A sales consultant contract is a service contract between a client and an independent sales consultant. The document must be completed to reflect the terms of the employment agreement, including the services provided, compensation, the period during which the contract is effective and any additional addition provisions such as the payment of a mandate or expenses. There are two (2) clauses that are included in the contract (the non-compete and non-solicitation clauses) that are designed to prevent the consultant from competing with the client's business or soliciting his clients.
