This Addendum (“Addendum”) between Jackson County (“the County”), a governmental entity, and Molo, Inc. (“Vendor”), entered into on the 4th day of September, 2018, constitutes an amendment or supplement to the SAAS Services Agreement and Terms and Conditions (including any other agreements incorporated therein) and is hereby incorporated into said Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any agreement by and between Vendor and the County, and in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall control. The terms of this Addendum may only be amended by a writing which specifically references this Addendum, and is signed by both parties.
