Schedule A to the Administration Agreement between Rydex ETF Trust (the “Trust”) and MUFG Investor Services (US) LLC (formerly, Rydex Fund Services, LLC), dated June 10, 2013, as amended to date (the “Agreement”), is hereby amended to reflect the addition of the Guggenheim Multi-Factor Large Cap ETF, a newly created series of the Trust and shall be effective and replace the current Schedule A to the Agreement in full upon the commencement of operations of the Guggenheim Multi-Factor Large Cap ETF. This revised Schedule A is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement.

This is to confirm that, in consideration of the agreements hereinafter contained, the above-named investment company (the “Trust”) has agreed that you shall be, for the period of this agreement, the distributor of shares of each series of the Trust set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as such Exhibit may be revised from time to time (each, a “Fund”). For purposes of this agreement the term “Shares” shall mean the authorized shares of the relevant Fund.

Schedule A to the Advisory Agreement between Rydex ETF Trust (the “Trust”) and Security Investors, LLC (the “Adviser”) dated March 1, 2012, as amended to date (the “Agreement”), is hereby amended to reflect the reduction of the advisory fee for the Guggenheim S&P 500® Equal Weight ETF from 0.40% to 0.20%, and shall be effective and replace the current Schedule A to the Agreement on the date specified in footnote 2 to Schedule A. This revised Schedule A is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement.
