THE FALLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTRules and Rental Agreement • March 6th, 2019
The clubhouse is available to THE FALLS homeowners. The rental fee is $75.00 and a $100.00 deposit is required. Tenants may use the clubhouse but only with the permission of the owner and the owner must sign the agreement. The rental fee and deposit must be paid with separate checks. The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days after the key has been returned and the clubhouse found to be in satisfactory condition. The key is to be returned to Community Association Services, Inc. (CAS) the next business day following the rental.

The Clubhouse is for the use of all WILLIAMSBURG MANOR residents. To reserve the clubhouse, there will be a rental fee of $25.00 and a $50.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days after the key has been returned and the clubhouse found to be in satisfactory condition. The key is to be returned to Marie Murphy the next day following the rental.

• You are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to 4pm due to heavy traffic during evening sessions. If you should arrive after 4pm you may encounter heavy traffic and may be prevented from arriving at your site until after the evening session so pre-arrival communication with the Campsite Attendant is important.
