This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms by which Kim Crow of Kim Crow , with an address of 539 Avenida del Norte , Sarasota, FL-34242 and email of kimcrow1@gmail.com obtain the right to use audio clips and other media content ("Stock Files") that they download from the website located at www.audioblocks.com (the "Site"). This Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to the Site that all persons downloading Stock Files from the Site have previously entered into. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Terms of Use (which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference), the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
