This Routt County Fair Alcoholic Beverage Concession Agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) dated as of , 2022, is by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Routt County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and The Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs (Ski Town USA Morning, Colorado, Inc.), hereinafter referred to as the “Concessionaire.”
