These terms and conditions apply to the COR Form and form part of the Client Order Routing agreement (the “Agreement”) between: Cboe Chi-X Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 1651728, whose registered office is located at 5th Floor, 11 Monument Street, London, EC3R 8AF, UK (“Chi-X”), and the Client, as defined in the COR Form, (each a “Party” or “party”) and together the “Parties” or “parties”).
