This instrument provides temporary authorization and permission for Dubois County, Indiana, for the use and benefit of the Dubois County Regional Sewer District (the “Grantee”), through its agents, elected officials, officers, employees, representatives, and contractors to enter upon the above-referenced Property and perform work on the above-referenced Project. These activities include, but are not limited to, access portions of the Property along potential route, minor surface level disturbance for investigation/design purposes of sanitary sewer lift station, sanitary sewer force main, and sanitary sewer gravity lines on the Property as generally depicted in the proposed alignment dated 11/07/2023 and shared at the Public Meeting, (the area in which construction activities are to occur are collectively referred to as the “Right of Entry and License Area”).
