This TRAVELSAVERS 2022 Hotel Contract, including the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and the “Terms and Conditions,” (the “Agreement”), is entered into between American Marketing Group, d/b/a TRAVELSAVERS (“TRAVELSAVERS”), with offices located at 71 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, NY 11771, and the legal entity identified in the signature block on the last page of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Hotel” or “Property”), for the purpose of extending Hotel’s Rates to those travel agencies subscribing (either through TRAVELSAVERS or through other travel agency companies) to the TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Hotel Program (”TRAVELSAVERS Hotel Program”). Such Rates shall be effective following the Effective Date (set forth below) through December 31, 2022 (the “Term”).
