This Revised Settlement Agreement and Releases (“Settlement” or “Agreement”),1 dated as of July 15, 2021, is entered into by Plaintiff Susan Roy, individually and on behalf of the Sufficient Funds Fee Class and Retry Fee Class, and Defendant ESL Federal Credit Union. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the action entitled Susan Roy v. ESL Federal Credit Union, No. 6:19-cv-06122, subject to Final Approval, as defined below, by the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
