CITY OF SANTA CLARA (hereinafter “Santa Clara”) and IVINS CITY (hereinafter “Ivins”). In this Agreement Santa Clara and Ivins are collectively referred to as the “Cities,” or individually as “Santa Clara” or “Ivins,” as the case may be.
